Why Beyonte Compliance

A compliance partner, not just a filing agent

Most businesses only hear from their consultant when a due date has already passed. We work the other way round — you get a calendar at the start of the year and a reminder before anything falls due.

  • Reviewed by a practising CSEvery document that carries your company's name is checked before it is filed.
  • One point of contactYou speak to the same person each time, not a new executive every month.
  • Fixed, quoted feesScope and cost agreed in writing before work starts. No surprise additions.
  • Records you actually ownFiled forms, challans and minutes shared with you in an organised folder.
More about us
How we work

Four steps from first call to filed forms

The order matters here — we never file before the records behind the form are in place.

STEP 01

Discovery call

We understand your entity type, financial year, past filings and where the gaps are.

STEP 02

Compliance health check

Your MCA master data and registers are reviewed. You receive a written list of what is pending.

STEP 03

Documentation & drafting

Resolutions, minutes and forms are drafted and sent for your review and digital signature.

STEP 04

Filing & handover

Forms are filed, challans shared, and your compliance calendar for the next 12 months is set.

Serving Pune

A CS who knows the Pune ROC and how it works

Companies registered in Maharashtra file with the Registrar of Companies, Pune. We work with that office regularly, which means fewer resubmissions and faster closure on queries raised against your forms.

Whether your office is in a Hinjewadi IT park, a Chakan manufacturing unit or a co-working desk in Baner, we can work remotely on documents and meet in person when a signature or a board meeting calls for it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

A Company Secretary handles everything the Companies Act, 2013 requires you to record and file — board and general meeting minutes, statutory registers, annual ROC returns, and every event-based form such as director changes or share allotments. In short, a CA looks after your numbers and a CS looks after your company's legal record.

A whole-time CS is mandatory only for companies above the paid-up capital threshold prescribed under the Act and for listed companies. Below that, the obligations still apply — you simply meet them through a practising Company Secretary instead of a salaried one, which is what most Pune SMEs and startups do.

Additional fees accrue per day of delay on forms such as AOC-4 and MGT-7, with no upper cap in most cases, and continued default can lead to director disqualification. If you already have a backlog, we will quantify the exposure before starting so there are no surprises.

Typically eight to fifteen working days once all director documents and the registered office proof are ready. Name approval and DSC issue are the two stages that most often add time, so we start both on day one.

Yes, and it usually works best that way. Your CA continues with accounts, audit and tax; we take the secretarial and ROC side. We coordinate directly with them on financials needed for AOC-4 so you are not stuck relaying files.

Not for routine work — documents move over email and digital signature. For board meetings, physical signing of registers, or a first-time onboarding, we are happy to meet at your office anywhere in Pune or PCMC.

Not sure what your company owes the ROC?

Send us your CIN. We will check your MCA master data and tell you exactly what is pending — before you commit to anything.
