What every importer and exporter needs to know about IEC
Mandatory for All Trade
No person can import or export goods or services without a valid IEC.

Lifetime Validity

Services Export β No IEC Needed for LUT
Service exporters filing LUT for zero-rated GST exports do not need a separate IEC for services, but it is advisable to have one.
