About Beyonte Compliance
A Pune-based compliance practice built around one idea: a business owner should never learn about a missed filing from a penalty notice.
Fifteen years of keeping companies on the right side of the record
Beyonte Compliance is a professional services firm working with promoters, boards and finance teams across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Our work sits where accounting stops and corporate law begins — the registers, resolutions, returns and filings that decide whether a company's record stands up to scrutiny.
We started with a handful of small trading companies who were tired of chasing consultants for status updates. That frustration shaped how we operate today: named ownership of every file, a written scope before work starts, and a compliance calendar handed over at the beginning of the year rather than a reminder after the due date.
Today the team runs to more than seventy-five people across secretarial, taxation and audit support, serving companies from two-director startups in Baner to manufacturing groups in Chakan with foreign shareholding.
Mission, vision and how we work
Three statements we are willing to be measured against.
Our mission
To make statutory compliance predictable for Indian businesses — known dates, known costs, known documents — so owners can spend their attention on running the company instead of tracking deadlines.
Our vision
To be the compliance partner Pune's growing companies name first when they raise funds, expand abroad or prepare for due diligence — because their records were kept right from day one.
Our approach
Review before filing, write before promising, and explain before asking. Every engagement starts with a health check so you know your real position before you spend a rupee with us.
How the practice grew
Each stage added a capability our existing clients had started asking for.
The practice opens
Started as a two-person secretarial practice in Pune handling incorporations and annual ROC filings for local trading and service companies.
Taxation and audit support added
Clients wanted one team for statutory work end to end, so accounts, GST and audit coordination were brought in-house alongside secretarial services.
First foreign-owned subsidiaries
FEMA and FDI reporting became a full service line as European and Japanese parents set up manufacturing arms around Chakan and Ranjangaon.
Everything moves digital
Document exchange, digital signing and a shared compliance calendar replaced physical file movement — and stayed that way because clients preferred it.
Startup and funding advisory
Cap table maintenance, share allotments and due diligence support added for Hinjewadi and Kharadi technology companies raising institutional rounds.
7,500+ clients and counting
A team of over seventy-five professionals serving companies, LLPs and trusts across Maharashtra, with a 98% client retention rate.
What our clients hold us to
Confidentiality first
Financials, cap tables and board matters stay inside the engagement team. Access is restricted by file, not by designation.
Say it plainly
If a filing is late or a position is risky, you hear it in the first conversation — not after the notice arrives.
Dates are commitments
A promised turnaround is tracked internally against the statutory due date, with buffer built in for MCA portal delays.
Keep learning
Amendments to the Companies Act, FEMA and GST are circulated internally every month so advice reflects the current position, not last year's.

A 98% retention rate is not an accident
Retention is the only client-satisfaction number we trust, because it costs a company real effort to switch compliance partners. Here is what keeps ours from doing it.
- Named ownershipEvery file has one manager whose name and number you already have.
- Nothing filed unreviewedDocuments are checked by a qualified professional before submission, without exception.
- Fees agreed upfrontScope in writing, cost in writing, before any work begins.
- Your records, organisedFiled forms, challans and minutes handed back in a folder you control.
- Proactive, not reactiveCalendar at the start of the year, reminders ahead of every due date.

Questions clients ask before signing on
Our office and team are in Pune, and most of our clients are in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Because filings are online and documents move digitally, we also serve companies elsewhere in Maharashtra and other states — the Registrar office simply changes.
A dedicated relationship manager plus the qualified professional handling your file. You will have both their direct numbers, and the same people stay on your account year to year.
Yes. We start with a health check of your MCA master data and past filings, list anything pending or incorrect, and then handle the transition. Most handovers complete within two to three weeks.
Fixed fees against a written scope for defined work such as incorporation or annual filing, and an annual retainer for ongoing compliance. Government fees and stamp duty are charged at actuals with challans shared.
Regularly. Your auditor keeps the audit, your CA keeps accounts and tax if you prefer, and we take the secretarial and ROC side. We coordinate directly with them so you are not passing files back and forth.
